Become a Member

The best way to start the membership process is to attend a River City Dirt Rider monthly meeting. At these meetings you can hear first-hand what RCDR is all about and then decide if membership is for you.

We are presently searching for a new location to lease for a riding area exclusive to RCDR members only.

That said, please note that we are not a club so as to operate a “Cycle Park”. We are enthusiasts that share the joy of off-road riding and/or competition. We are a not for profit organization, and all RCDR members and officers are asked to volunteer to work together to help put on competition events in various locations, and to help maintain leased riding property for all of us to ride and enjoy. Once a new lease is established, accepting new members, or existing members that haven’t renewed, will be determined on a case by case basis.

We are able to keep our yearly dues at a reasonable rate due to revenue received from competition events that are put on by us during the year, but we can’t do that without member participation. The great news is that during workdays at event sites, it’s not all work. Once assignments are completed, there’s lots of time left over to ride the trails we just spent time clearing and marking. This can be in some areas that would be totally off limits for riding to anyone at any other time.
